Medicare rebates
Eligible clients can claim Medicare subsidies for up to 10 individual mental health services per calendar year with a Mental Health Care Plan and referral from their doctor. Clients will be responsible for the fee gap. Medicare do not rebate cancelled appointments.
The current Medicare rebate is $93.35.

Health Insurance
Clients without a mental health care plan may be able to claim a rebate through their private health insurer – please speak to your provider for rebate amounts.

Cancellation Policy
Providing at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment helps us to keep your session costs down, maximises our availability to clients and minimises lost clinical time. Appointments missed or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will incur a $95 fee which will be due prior to your next scheduled appointment.
